Aris Mardirossian
Aris Mardirossian, a University of Maryland graduate and President of Technology Patents, LLC. started his first and subsequent business ventures in The City of Gaithersburg and Montgomery County 30 years ago. He is a long standing member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, Board of Director of Suburban Hospital as well as a strong supporter of various local charities and organizations.
Lebling Development
Mr. Lebling is a 4th generation Montgomery County resident and a product of
the county public school system. He has been in the construction and related
fields his whole career having been involved in thousands of residential
units, hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space and numerous
shopping centers. During his career, he has been active in various
organizations including past president of the Montgomery County Students
Construction Trades Foundation, Honorary Board Member of the Family Services
Agency of Montgomery County, Board Member of the Reginald S Lourie Center
for Infants and Young Children and the Montgomery County Chamber of
Commerce. He currently focuses on adding to his portfolio of retail and
