New School
Aventiene Team will donate a brand new 30-acre high school site to the residents of Montgomery County and the City of Gaithersburg. The new high school will greatly increase the County's capacity for high school students and will provide an opportunity for the community to create a state-of-the-art facility which would complement the County's award-winning schools.

Park/Open Spaces/Trails The community will feature an abundance of open space and water features highlighted by a central park with walking and jogging trails. With interconnected parks and detailed streetscape, residents will enjoy a unique neighborhood environment promoting a healthy outdoor lifestyle.

Market District With an urban architect and cultural décor, the planned market district will provide residents with exciting shopping opportunities through just the right mix of known retail, restaurants, and boutiques. The market district will allow residents to live, walk, and shop without having to hop in an automobile for various necessities, dining options, or entertainment.

Transportation Our high quality, innovative community will be pedestrian friendly, provide connectivity between existing and future transportation networks, feature biking pathways/trails and provide convenient transit accessibility.

Recreational/Public Gathering The community will provide state-of-the-art recreational facilities as well as a modern town center for day and evening activities. Recreational amenities will include children's play area, bike trails, multi-sport courts, ball fields, entertainment venues and areas for relaxation.
